Who we are
Heart to Hearth Care serves the Woodstock, NY, community with the belief that caring for individuals strengthens the entire community. In the face of a nationwide caregiver crisis and a growing aging population, we are dedicated to offering compassionate support to our elders here in Woodstock.
Rooted in death consciousness, we bring awareness and presence to our work, fostering peace throughout life and death. We honor the autonomy and needs of those we serve, always following their lead. Believing that healing and pleasure remain integral, even at the end of life, we provide grounding through routine, joy through connection, and peace by simplifying daily care.
Meet Kirby

Doula, Caregiver
Kirby Lee is a life, death, and transition doula and caregiver providing thoughtful, holistic care for those navigating advanced illness and the end of life in the mid-Hudson Valley.
Her initiation into this work began in Central Mexico, where she trained with a doula team through the Elisabeth Kübler-Ross Foundation before returning to New York to serve as a Certified Home Health Aide and Doula with Hudson Valley Hospice.
She has trained with INELDA’s founder Henry Fersko-Weiss, CareDoula®, and The Center for Sacred Deathcare, is certified in herbal end-of-life care, and draws wisdom from nature, dreams, and those she has accompanied through dying.
Before this work, Kirby spent years working as a companion and advocate for musicians. She traveled and lived with the communities she served, supporting the birth and transitions of projects and the wellness of the community.
She enjoys nature, aikido, gardening, cooking and music.
